Knitting, sewing, dyeing, packaging…
The entire production process, i.e., knitting, sewing, dyeing and packaging, takes place in our production facility in the Vrbanja settlement of Banja Luka.
Gloria Line has 65 machines for knitting socks and tights (Lonati, Santoni), 20 machines for sewing/finishing socks and tights and six dyeing machines.
Export
We export a significant part of our products to the German market. Women’s tights, stockings and socks are highly sophisticated and designed with increased participation of labour (hand sewing, joining, steam ironing) and produced from the highest quality materials such as polyamide, elastane, lace and sewn bands. Regarding quality, fashion design and price, our products are more expensive than commercial products intended for mass use. The products are made in small batches of 200 to 2,000 pairs, which is treated as a unique production for the German market. The goods are marketed through our dependent company “PREBOLD NOGAVICE” doo Prebold, Slovenia.
